Pamela Pindell was born in 1950 in Elkhart, Indiana.  Her initial education was at Syracuse University and the Tyler School of Art in Rome, Italy. The latter gave her work a Classical Renaissance background, which she fused with subsequent Boston School training with Sydney Willis (a student of Robert Douglas Hunter), and with Robert Cormier.

A Massachusetts artist, she has been exhibited widely in open juried shows, including annuals of the Salmagundi Club, the Catherine Lorrillard Wolfe Art Club, and the Audubon Society.

Her commercial exhibitions include eight previous solo and dual shows at Tree's Place. Among many prizes, Pindell has won four major awards within the last five years from the Guild of Boston Artists, including the prestigious Edmund Tarbell award.

She resides and maintains her studio in Massachusetts. More on Pamela Pindell
