19th C. Knight Suit of Armor

Late 19th century Scottish reproduction armor with gilding and oak leaves, spiked couter or cowter (known In fighting reenactment groups such as the "Society for Creative Anachronisms", a couter/cowter is often called an elbow cop.). The armor stands on a wooden base approximately 20" x 20". The suit measures 68" x 20" x 17" long pointed sabaton or solleret, (armor that covers the foot).
